The Synagogue of Alexandria is one of the most important Jewish religious buildings in Piedmont, symbol of Italian architecture of the late nineteenth century, in fine neo-Gothic style with the reliefs of Jewish taste.Designed by Giovanni Roveda and built in 1871, the Synagogue is characterized by a rather simple facade, with three orders with windows and reliefs, while the inner part, with polychrome windows and porticoed gallery, preserves the ancient arch of the alliance and the furnishings of the Synagogue of Nizza Monferrato, dismantled in 1937.
